1. What is your return policy?

We offer a 2-day return policy. You have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Tags must be intact

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns must be approved before sending the product back.


2. How do I return a product?

Once your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • Return shipping label

  • Instructions for sending the product

Products sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at woxbay@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.


4. Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes. The following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure, please contact us before purchasing.


5. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way is to return the item and place a new order once your return is approved.


6. How long does it take to receive a refund?

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund approval notification will be sent

  • Refund will be processed within 10 business days

  • It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the amount

7. What are your shipping timelines?

For India Orders:

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days

  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days

  • Remote locations may take 10–12 working days

Deliveries are made between:
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Excluding public holidays.


8. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within India.
International shipping is not available at this time.


9. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • All major Indian Debit & Credit Cards

  • UPI Payments
